Form was a magazine published between 1966 and 1969 by Philip Steadman. A total of ten issues were released. It including work and editorial by Charles Biederman, Bernard Lassus, Pedro Xisto, Ian Hamilton Finlay, Simon Cutts, Ernst Jandl, Thomas Bernhard, Frank Popper, Roland Barthes, Gillo Dorfles, Peter Wollen, Abraham Moles. Also early 20th-century figures like Joseph Albers, Hans Arp, Walter Gropius etc.
