Franco Grignani
Franco Grignani (1908-1999) was one of the twentieth century’s most important Italian graphic designers. He based his studio in Milan and collaborated with Studio Boggeri. The Innovative Netherlands Stamps designed by Ootje Oxenaar in 1970

Ootje Oxenaar designed the summer stamps for the Netherlands using an assignment from De Nederlandsche Bank based on banknotes. The assignment resulted in the collaboration of Oxenaar, the printer, the laboratory and the banking specialist, in which they experimented with the design of securities on printed matter.

The IBM already opened studios of artistic and graphic design for its German and Italian offices and a few years ago another such studio was established in Paris. Frank René Testemale was entrusted with its organisation and was appointed its business and art director.
