‘Cover for the 1st Bugram Fair Issue 1923. As a prominent symbol, the caduceus dominates the composition. The griffin with the globe, characteristic of the “Typographic Yearbooks” for decades, forms a suitable background. The design is by our trusted collaborator, the graphic artist Willy Schumann, Leipzig. The excellent, fabric-like soft, very tactile, and printable cardboard was supplied by the Richard Berger Paper Mill, Wolkenburg (Mulde), which excels in modern cover papers and other branches of papermaking.’
