Ludislav Sutnar
Ladislav Sutnar was born in Czechoslovakia and was a pioneer of information design. He worked in America after the war and combined the avant-garde visual languages of Constructivism and principles of the German Bauhaus school of design into his information design. His creative output included book jackets, photography, magazines, exhibitions, glassware, porcelain, textiles, and toys. Explore related designers including Paul Rand and Alexey Brodovitch.
