Jan Slothouber was a Dutch designer and architect who collaborated extensively with William Graatsma on modular design projects. Their best known work is the Cubic Children’s Stamps of 1970, designed for the Dutch PTT, a set of stamps based on cubic geometric forms that became one of the most significant examples of Dutch stamp design of the postwar period. Their collaborative practice explored systematic, three-dimensional approaches to visual communication.
