Noel Martin was born in Ohio in 1922. He died in 2015. He studied Fine Arts at the Art Academy of Cincinnati and was self-taught as a typographer and designer. He worked as the graphic designer for the Cincinnati Art Museum and exhibited his work, including a one-man show at The Museum of Modern Art.
