Die neue Linie was a German illustrated magazine published between 1929 and 1943, notable for commissioning significant graphic designers for its covers. Under its art directors it published cover designs by Herbert Bayer and other designers associated with the Bauhaus and the New Typography, making it one of the most visually adventurous German magazines of the period.
