Graphis is an international magazine founded in 1944 featuring graphic design, advertising, and illustration from around the world.
Graphis was a Swiss international graphic design magazine founded by Walter Herdeg in Zurich in 1944, published bimonthly and distributed globally throughout its five-decade run. It was the most internationally ambitious design publication of its era, covering poster design, editorial illustration, advertising, photography, and typography from studios across Europe, America, Japan, and beyond.

Graphis is one of the industries most long-standing magazines. It was first published in 1944 and founded by Walter Herdeg and Walter Amstutz in Zurich, Switzerland. It was released bimonthly and was trilingual, with articles in English, French and German.
