Quarterly Film was launched in 1968 by Film Art Company as a quarterly film magazine.
The seven members of the editorial board are Kiyoshi Awazu, Takahiko Iimura, Toru Takemitsu, Hiroshi Teshigahara, Yusuke Nakahara, Shunsuke Matsumoto, and Koichi Yamada.
They are outstanding representatives of avant-garde art, experimental films, and film criticism of the time. It was issued for the purpose of introducing new film movements overseas.

Kiyoshi Awazu
Kiyoshi Awazu was born in Tokyo in 1929 and was largely self-taught as a designer. He established himself in the 1950s and 1960s as one of the most distinctive voices in Japanese graphic design, producing poster work that drew on traditional Japanese imagery and folk art rather than the Swiss-influenced modernism of many contemporaries. His visual language combined photomontage, hand-drawn elements, and bold colour in ways that reflected a more expressive and politically engaged approach. He taught at Musashino Art University and received numerous awards, including a prize at the Warsaw International Poster Biennale. He died in Tokyo in 2009. FILM Quarterly
FILM Quarterly was a Japanese film journal designed by Kiyoshi Awazu in the late 1960s and 1970s, its expressive covers make it one of the most visually distinctive film publications of the period.

The Innovative Netherlands Stamps designed by Ootje Oxenaar in 1970

Ootje Oxenaar designed the summer stamps for the Netherlands using an assignment from De Nederlandsche Bank based on banknotes. Little is known about the designer Günther Heil. he established his graphic studio in Berlin and designed many advertisements for 8mm and 16mm film distributor Bruno Schmidt in the 1960s.
